Agreement
As a member I understand and agree with Frontier Capital that:
The Frontier Capital Investor Club will send the Investor member an e-mail alert to indicate investment opportunities which may be of interest

Use of information

The Investor/Member will not rely solely on information from the Frontier Capital Investor Club for any purpose, but will make its own investigations regarding accuracy, reliability and completeness. Frontier Capital will not authorise or endorse the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any information or advertising in the Frontier Capital Investor Club.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frontier Capital and their officers, employees or agents are not liable to compensate the Investor or any other person for any loss, damage, cost or expense sustained or incurred in connection with the use of the Frontier Capital Investor Club. This limitation of liability extends to any computer or electronic mail system or, liability that might arise because of negligence of officers, employees or agents.

Ending the agreement

Frontier Capital may end this agreement at any time by notice to the email address of the Investor/Club Member.

Miscellaneous

• I acknowledge that this Agreement is with Frontier Capital;
• I have authority to enter and sign this agreement.
• 'Frontier Capital 'is a trademark of Frontier Capital Pty Ltd.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The Investor/Club Member submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
• Clauses 2, 3 and 8 survive the ending of this agreement.
• The attached Acknowledgement forms part of this agreement.

Acknowledgment

Investment in new and existing businesses or property, including the use of information from the Frontier Capital Investor Club, carries high risks (including the possible loss of an entire investment) and may be speculative in nature.

The information in the Frontier Capital Investor Club about proposed investment opportunities:

• is not intended to be, and is not necessarily, the only information available on which to make an investment decision. Other, detailed information (such as accounts, business plans, information about ownership of intellectual or industrial property, expert opinions including valuations or auditors' reports) may be needed and available from other sources.
• is not a substitute for a prospectus, disclosure document or other notice that may be required under the Corporations Law.

Any information from the Frontier Capital Investor Club is provided by or on behalf of the person who is proposing to offer a business, property or equity investment, or other investment opportunity, and the Frontier Capital Investor Club is not expressing an opinion of the information contained in any Publication;

The Frontier Capital Investor Club is not a stock market and there is no established market for the trading of any private business or other investment opportunities that may be offered.

Frontier Capital and its related companies may receive listing and/or success fees from Clients whose details are provided on the Frontier Capital Investor Club.

Frontier Capital Investor Club operates under an exemption from provisions of the Corporations Law. Frontier Capital Investor Club has not been endorsed by the ASIC.

Prospective Investors, especially those not experienced in investing in private companies or property, are strongly advised to seek professional advice.

The potential investor acknowledges that they are aware of the limitations of the information contained in Frontier Capital Investor Club in accordance of the clauses above.
