Frontier Capital offers a flexible fee structure to suit client circumstances. Our fee structure can include a combination of establishment fees, retainers and percentage based completion and success fees.
Fees vary according to the complexity, diversity or size of the project undertaken. Minimum fees apply to each transaction. Investment ready and advisory services are normally undertaken on an hourly rate or set monthly retainer using our range of tools and guides.
Any advertising costs or disbursements are paid in advance by the client.
Frontier Capital works with other business intermediaries to add value and where permitted by law and subject to full disclosure we may share income with referral agents.
Equity Conversion
A feature of the Frontier Capital business model involves taking an equity position in growing enterprises in lieu of certain fees if the project meets our selection criteria and investment needs.
