Frontier Capital offers a flexible fee structure to suit client circumstances. Our fee structure includes a combination of establishment fees, ongoing retainers, and percentage-based completion and success fees.

Fees vary according to the complexity, diversity or size of the project undertaken.

Success fees are calculated as a percentage of the total consideration of the transaction. Minimum fees apply to each transaction. Business acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy-out and corporate advisory services are normally undertaken on an hourly rate or set monthly retainer.

Documentation, diagnostic and investment ready services can be undertaken for a set fee using our range of tools and guides. In these circumstances 50% is paid in advance and the balance on completion. Corporate governance services are normally charged on a monthly retainer.

All marketing fees and disbursements are paid in advance by the client.

Frontier Capital works with other business intermediaries to add value for clients. Where permitted by law and subject to full disclosure Frontier Capital may share income with referral agents.

Equity Conversion
A feature of the Frontier Capital business model involves taking an equity position in growing enterprises in lieu of certain fees if the project meets our selection criteria and investment needs.

Our competitive cost advantages are such that advisors are able to exchange fees in part for equity. This allows the parties to develop a unique venture capital model which promotes a long term alliance with clients and potential high rewards with risk diversification.

Frontier Capital offers a confidential, no obligation consultation to enable clients to assess our fee structure.
