The class order provides an exemption from certain fundraising provisions of the Corporations Act for Frontier Capital in relation to making or calling attention to offers of securities through its Business Introductory Service.

Frontier Capital holds an ASIC Class Order exemption which allows access to a cost effective fundraising process for the SME sector.

The exemptions allow Frontier Capital to seek capital of up to $5M without the need to issue a prospectus for businesses with up to 250 employees. The service is designed to assist small to medium enterprises to raise seed, expansion, and equity capital without the need for a costly prospectus.
